We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Mosquito Outlaws for personal, non-commercial purposes.
All content in Mosquito Outlaws — including graphics, sounds, animations, characters, game mechanics, and UI — is owned by or licensed to the developer.
You may not: • Copy or redistribute the app or its assets • Modify or reverse engineer the app • Use any assets outside the app without permission
Game Center services are provided by Apple and governed by Apple’s own terms and policies.
Mosquito Outlaws may display ads or offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are handled by Apple. We do not process payments directly.
Mosquito Outlaws is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for data loss, device issues, or gameplay interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of the app.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Uruguay.
